The Rough Diamond Poetry Prize is now closed. We are currently in the reading process and will get back to all contributors as soon as possible.

At this stage we will not need bios from anyone and any identifying information will be taken off so that the submissions are read blind. Only send submissions for the competition to the above email. All other enquiries should be sent to roughdiamondpoems@gmail.com

We know poetry prizes can be contentious but after much thought we have decided that this is something we feel is a good thing. Obviously poetry can often be subjective but we also think its a good way to showcase what we feel is the best poetry being written today. If we receive any messages that are disrespectful or unkind we will ignore your email. We are not here for this.
